Delivery Information
Iconic Abode works with UK-based manufacturing and fulfilment partners to deliver furniture directly to customers.
Delivery times vary by product and supplier. We aim to dispatch the product within 24 hours of the order being placed, with delivery in 2-4 days after dispatch.
Working days are defined as Monday-Friday, 8 am-7 pm, inclusive, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays.
The following areas are subject to extended delivery timeframes:
- Scottish Isles: +7 days
- Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly: +2 days
- Isle of Wight: +5 days
Estimated delivery timeframes may be provided at checkout and confirmed once an order has been placed.
For large furniture items, delivery may be arranged via a specialist courier. Customers will be contacted in advance to coordinate delivery where required.
