Returns & Refunds
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their item, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Due to the size and nature of furniture items, return collection costs may apply and will be communicated prior to purchase.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
