Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to IconicAbode.
2. Products
All products sold on IconicAbode are home furnishing items intended for domestic use. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for general information purposes and may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be received in full at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the product and will be displayed on the product page prior to checkout. Furniture items may be delivered by specialist couriers. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed but are provided in good faith.
5. Cancellation Rights
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Due to the size and nature of furniture items, return collection costs may apply. Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receipt and inspection.
7. Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
